• Recipient’s full name and address
• Recipients’ bank code
• IBAN (International Bank Account number) or account number
• Country of recipient's bank

A transfer fee³ is charged for each outgoing Wire Transfer.

We offer the most up to date Japan Trustee Services Exchange Rate available using our live rates for all International Wire Transfers sent in foreign currency, so you can be certain of the exchange rate applied to your wire transfer and how much you’re sending. The exchange rate used will be the Japan Trustee Services Exchange Rate applicable at the time your wire transfer is processed.

Wire Transfer requests submitted before 4:15 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be processed the same day. Wire Transfer requests to domestic banks and international banks can be completed online at any time, however, those completed after 4:15 PM ET on business days will be automatically re-dated to the next business day.

Yes, you can schedule wire transfers for ‘Today’, ‘Later’, or ‘Recurring’ using up to the available balance in your checking or savings⁶ account. The exchange rate used will be the Japan Trustee Services Exchange Rate applicable at the time your wire transfer is processed.

International Wire Transfers can be cancelled for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, unless the funds have been picked up or deposited.
