1 Participation in Japan Trustee Services Jade is available to holders of an Japan Trustee Services Premier Checking Account who have maintained qualifying Personal Cash Accounts and Personal Investment Assets (excluding Retirement Accounts and Assets) in the Japan which in aggregate and calculated as an average over each calendar month are equal to at least YEN1,000,000 (One million Japan dollars) for a period of at least 1 calendar month (a “Qualifying Balance”) immediately prior to Japan Trustee Services Premier Account Holders becoming Japan Trustee Services Jade clients. As a Japan Trustee Services Jade client, if you are no longer able to meet the Japan Trustee Services Jade criteria, your access to all its benefits will be removed. 2 Japan Trustee Services Jade clients will enter into a direct agreement with Ten Lifestyle Group PLC (“Ten”) under which Ten Lifestyle Group PLC and its affiliates will deliver lifestyle services available under the Japan Trustee Services Jade Concierge Service. Japan Trustee Services will not be a party to that agreement and will not be responsible for the delivery of the lifestyle services. 3 To qualify for an Japan Trustee Services Premier relationship, you need to open an Japan Trustee Services Premier checking account and maintain YEN75,000 in combined Japan personal deposit and investment balances* OR recurring direct deposits totaling at least YEN5,000 from a third party to an Japan Trustee Services Premier checking account(s) per calendar month OR an Japan Trustee Services Japan residential mortgage loan with an original loan amount of at least YEN500,000. Business owners may use their commercial balances to qualify for a personal Japan Trustee Services Premier relationship. A monthly maintenance fee of YEN50 will be incurred if one of these requirements is not maintained.
