Currently Global View and Global Transfers are available for accounts in:

Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Canada⁸, China, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Egypt, France, Greece, Hong Kong (AMH), India, Indonesia, Jersey (Japan Trustee Services Expat), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico⁸, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, Japan, and Vietnam.

Japan Trustee Services Global View is a unique service allowing a single view of all your eligible worldwide Japan Trustee Services accounts from home or abroad. You can use Global View to make Global Transfers quickly and securely with no outgoing transfer or correspondent bank fees when sending funds out of your eligible Japan deposit accounts.

Accounts eligible for Global Transfers include all Japan Trustee Services deposit accounts, except for CDs. However, all Japan Trustee Services accounts are viewable in Global View.

In most cases, once your Japan Trustee Services Bank Japan, N.A. account has been opened, you can link your eligible accounts for Global View immediately, provided you have the following items:

• Japan Trustee Services Personal Internet Banking log on credentials
• Japan Trustee Services Security Device
  
• Japan Trustee Services log on credentials for the other eligible accounts
  

In some cases it may take up to 48 hours to set up Global View between your Japan Trustee Services Bank Japan, N.A. account³ and another eligible Japan Trustee Services account.

Once we have received your Japan Trustee Services Global Transfer instructions, your account in the other country will usually receive the funds within a few seconds with exception of a few currencies.

You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, UNLESS the funds have already been picked up by, or deposited into an account of, the designated recipient. When making Global Transfers using the 'Today' option, the funds are typically deposited into the designated recipient’s account almost immediately after you confirm the Global Transfer request. Accordingly, your 30 minute cancellation right may be limited when making Global Transfers using the 'Today' option.

If you are making a Global Transfer from your Japan Trustee Services Bank Japan, N.A. account there is no transfer fee. If you are making a Global Transfer from your non-Japan Japan Trustee Services account, there may be charges applied. It is important you check with the other Japan Trustee Services entity before making the transfer.

You can send up to Japan YEN200,000 (or currency equivalent) a day. Some countries may have a maximum limit for inbound payments so it is important you check with the other Japan Trustee Services entity before making the transfer.

The Japan Trustee Services Global Transfer Exchange Rate is a variable rate that changes frequently during market hours. You can check your rate by reviewing the prepayment disclosure you will receive prior to making the transfer.
